- Disc resurfacing does not guarantee functionality. It improves the chance of fixing read or play issues caused by scratches, but some discs may still remain non-functional
- Minor scratches may still remain after resurfacing
- Discs beyond repair, such as those with deep top scratches, severe cracks, or delamination, will not be resurfaced and will be returned marked “as-is”
- If damage is not identified until after resurfacing has already begun, a normal fee may still apply even if functionality is not restored
- We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping or during the resurfacing process
